June 1, 2026 FULL-TIME WATER OPERATOR NEEDED The West Central Iowa Rural Water Assn. is taking applications for a full-time Water Operator for the Manning, Iowa area plant and system. Duties include, operation and maintenance of water treatment and distribution facilities, well pumps, equipment, mains, and valves. Pre-employment physical, drug screening and background check are required. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license and hold or be able to acquire a Grade 2 Water Treatment and Distribution certification as specified by Iowa DNR. WCIRWA is willing to train.
