Help Wanted

Human Resource & Administrative Assistance-30 hours weekly including vacation & 401k.  Applicants need to have the following skills:

  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized with great time-management skills
  • Strong customer service & communication skills-written and verbal
  • Supportive Team Member-assist with utility billing & payments
  • Basic understanding and use of general office equipment & accurate 10-key entry
  • Respond to complaints by using problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs & ability to learn billing database program
  • Prior experience with Human Resources, payroll, and office administration preferred, but not required.
